FRAGILE HOPE

Groups find it really hard to cope under the new circumstances. We now take the reference to the Myth for granted as a moral guideline, but the group is not yet a society. Maturing is slow. Crises and obstacles cannot be overcome with myths or advice.

Survival complements the collective image with counter-paradigms.

Proponents of the systemic had destroyed valuable resources in their retreat.

After their pursuit, they were eliminated and condemned for “that trivial, criminal spurious stratagem, their amoral motive, their destructive will and the lowly vindictiveness they showed”.

Judgement must have taken only a few minutes…

They were then set free but unanimously forbidden to follow any group. The instruction was instantly issued to the groups.

They were distinctly marked with a scalpel on the face and the fingers of both hands.

We do not know what became of them, however, nor do we doubt.

The grand moral is that no one was acquitted for executing orders, which laid the solid foundations of joint personal responsibility.

The restoration of discipline, intentionally and functionally paraphrased for long, would directly concern us.

It was essential that we all escape the horizon of infectious facts and be able to follow the thread to a healthier past, regardless of where our attempt would reset.

We had that dim hope that our weakness then would be incorporated in our moral existence.

If that hope had proved false, the next circle would not have taken long before closing.
